Cydia Substrate has been released on the Google Play store for rooted Android devices. Cydia Substrate will allow you to edit the phone in ways not normally available through rooting. The Cydia Substrate available on the Google Play store will give you access to Winterboard (the excellent device theming app similar to the one available for iOS) as well as a few other tweaks. Remember, this is just the initial release. Once this starts going, you will be able to edit the Android OS similar to the way people like me edit iOS.

So at this point, I'm sure a lot of you would like the download links for this...and some of you are too lazy to go search the play store so here you go....

Cydia Substrate (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saurik.substrate)
Winterboard (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saurik.winterboard&feature=more_from_developer#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwMiw iY29tLnNhdXJpay53aW50ZXJib2FyZCJd)

For those of you new to the site, I just inserted a hyperlink into those words above. All you have to do is click on the words on your rooted phone and they will take you to the Google Play store.

Remember, to do any of this your device must be rooted!

A lot of the reviews don't seem all that great.
