Try reinstalling .NET.
Or it's maybe a problem in the code of the program your trying to run.
Lol , I think I`ll need a tut of reninstalling .NET
Only if I knew where the hell is that located.
Lol , I guess I`ll really need a [TuT].
Well, you could go to uninstall programs and find it there, you could do a search for all .exe and .msi files and look for the uninstall, you could download the latest .NET Framework, you could re-download the selected program again from a different source, it could be a ton of things....
Alright found it , thanks Dragon.
Here`s what I found :
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 [Profile]
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 [Extended]
It said I shall uninstall [Extended] first. So I will , then re-intsall .. and done ?
Lol , I`m just afraid to corrupt my memory.
EDIT: Also an option to "repair to original state"
Gahh ! I`ve re-installed it but still no damn luck. All the programs that I try out don`t work. *sigh*

Wow you really have bad luck, try the programs on other PC's that you have. Also, try disabling your antivirus software and see if that does anything...
Yeh, the downloads work perfect for me. I haven't a clue why they wouldn't work for you. I'm gonna have to do some research on that....
