Ever since Limewire was shut down I've been looking for a new way to get free mp3s. I was considering frostwire. Anyone use that or have a better program to use?
Youtube the song you want and then use
http://www.video2mp3.net/
this is good for getting specific songs instead of looking up names and hoping your downloading something you like
^With crappy sound quality. Remember, you're ripping the audio of some crappy video on YouTube, in MP3 format.
Nope, take the time one day to compare an album mp3, to a video ripped mp3. The quality lost is noticable.
and what do you think a download from any sharing site has? it all gets fucked up in the file transporting part. trust me video to mp3 gives me better quality than limewire ever did
I suggested torrents. Torrents usually have music ripped straight from the album itself. Whether if that source is poor or rich doesn't matter. The more you put that mp3 through shit (videos, converts) etc. the more quality that is lost.
It's like getting an image and converting it through different formats, and resizing it smaller, then bigger; quality lost is inevitable.
i only download the best Youtube vids i can find and if its not as good as it is on the youtube vid when i play it on my comp i find other places to get it
Just get Frostwire. It's open source so no ******s can stop you from getting stuff from it. I use it, I have 1 GB folder of songs.
