    vBulletin is not a free forum host. If you are looking for a decent free forum host, I recommend forumotion.com.

    vBulletin, MyBB, etc. are not free forums. But, there are better types.

    My recommendations are MyBBNew or SMFNew.

    Here are examples of the forum versions I have created:

    SMFNew

    MyBBNew

    There are more things you should know about web developing such as the domains. I will open the boards if you request as so.

    Hosting and forum software are two different things, for the record.

    Just because you have a free forum software, doesn't mean the hosting will be free and vice versa.
