Ok before i start please dont make fun of me because i realise this may seem stupid to some people.
Alright so i just downloaded Nity's Mod Menu and it works great (thanks Nity!). But one thing i want is to have 2 ISO's, one not modded, and one with Nity's Mod Menu. Is it possible to have 2 of the same ISOs on your hard drive and both of them work? This may be confusing so ill try to explain. Basically what i want is to have a modded AND an unmodded ISO on my hard drive so when i feel like playing legitly i can use the unmodded ISO or when i want to play with the mod menu i can switch to the modded ISO. is this is even possible? If so, is there something special i need to do to make this happen?

Ive heard you can change the last two characters of a Games ID so two of the same game can be on the same HD without replacing each other
You could also just use a original .ff file to turn a modded ISO to a normal ISO [links are in my signature]
Wii ISO Renamer V3

I tried changing the game id before and did not work for me ...But it was a while ago...maybe I messed it up. BUt wouldnt the game Id tell it to dl the patch ? so it could play online properly? I guess you could change it to the pal version..I just changed it to whatever Maybe thats why it didnt work.:P
I've done it to other games...NSMB wii..I have six on my Hd:banana:

You could probably do what Shini said and change the game id for one of them.
I haven't done this on my hd but the way i figure it is that you would have one blops without the cover art/random id and the other having the correct game id ie. [SC7E52], with the artwork. This way you could toggle between the two without any grief.
Edit: Just kidding

There should be a game id changer floating around here...somewhere. http://www.mediafire.com/file/0e5khc...ORenamerv3.exe
or go here..for the forum where i found it..... http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=145064
Edit ...version three which changes the game id to whatever you want was removed for violation of terms in mediafire...its somewhere in the thread just look for it or use my link above.

Changin gameId never worked for me. Always ended up freezin.
What I did was made a 2nd partition on my usb hd with enough space for the game. Put a 2nd iso on it. So when I want to play legit I choose that partition in CFG USB Loader and load it up instead.
