Flash to Gif

i want to download a flash smiley and convert it to a .gif file

Well, it is possible, but lengthy xD

Download and install camtasia studio, find the flash animation that you want, open up camtasia screen recorder and make a custom box around your animated flash image, and record it.

Then once you're done with that, go to produce and share, click on custom, and then save it as an .Gif
