hey guys, i have been using codes for a longgg time but felt the need to switch to modding because codes are to unreliable and limited. With the help of striker i have downloaded a usb loader and i have learned how to use wbfs manager 3.0. In order to run the usb loader i need to use ios 222-224 or ios 248-250. My original plan was to use ios249 but i have read that it is obsolete and there are better options out there. I downloaded the usb loader from http://usbloadergx.koureio.net/downloads i chose the second to the top loader (aka easy installer) so it came with a wad file forwarder. So my question is what ios should i use to load games from the usb loader, and if i am missing any program or something please tell me? i am using a 2gb usb but i am going to buy an 8gb+ asap

I'd suggest using IOS 224. I'll give you a link to download it.
3. Insert SD Card into Wii and load Homebrew Channel.
4. Start Multi-Mod Manager.
5. Load a fakesigned iOS (236 or 249).
6. Select 'WAD Manager'.
7. Press '1' then 'A' to select all.
8. Press Install and wait for it to finish.
9. Once done, press Home to exit.

WAD Manager then.
HBC->Wad Manager->ios36/236/249/250->Nand Emulation: Disabled->Load from SD/USB(where you placed the wad)->Find it and install it.

can i still use multi-mod manager but pick a different fakesigned ios or maybe skip that step completely or is it essential?

Not too sure, so you should probably just get WAD manager and take off MMM. I'm not an expert in this stuff, so you shouldn't risk bricking your wii.
