Bro just download the iso parts on your pc then put them on your flashdrive, it will take 4-6hours for all them to download but it works. I know for a fact that if u search for it on this site it will come up, its probly the easiest way for you at the moment.

    http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5945...rubbed%5D-TLSe it,
First , if you don't already have it, get utorrent or bitorrent .
Download that iso , it works plus its scrubbed.

Then , make sure your 249 cios is updated. I think the latest one is rev 21 .
Once you have the iso download go to the folder and right click the first .rar files you see . [ Get winrar if you don't have it ]
Click extract here, or you can extract it anywhere else . After that, if your using Usb Gx Loader you can either use Fat32 format, WBFS, or NTFS format .

I recommend getting WBFS manager and formating your hard drive to that . Then add the ISO to your drive via WBFS .
Then its plug in play .

I had the same problem, this is NOTHING to do with the usb or cIOS. I had a usb that was 16gb i tried to install black ops to my usb from the disc i already had and it wouldnt work (same problems as you). so i bought a HDD and now i can install games to it, i didnt change anything, so just get the iso link online in the posts above mine because chances are you wont be able to install any games to your usb from your wii discs.
