    Default PSP Hacker's Environment Demo

    Important:
Well this is great, x10 hosting wont let me use downloads:
suspension: File hosting & hacking related downloads

Sendspace link for the application added, but the Homebrew Store is down for now. I'll try and find a different site for direct downloads, does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello everyone.

I've created a program called the "PSP Hacker's Environment." This program is still being worked on, so I decided to release a demo to show you what it will be.

    Features in the Demo:

    1) MIPS Environment:
You can learn specific MIPS commands.
You can convert specific MIPS commands to hex values to create NitePR hacks.

    2) Homebrew Store:
You can download homebrews from a database.
You can request new homebrews to be added to the database.

    3) Hack Archive:
You can download NitePR hacks from a database.
You can request new NitePR hacks to be added to the database.

Other features that will be added into the complete version:

    1) C++ IDE:
You can write and compile C++ code for the PSP, just like in Code::Blocks, or VC++.
You can study the PSPSDK samples, you get pictures, code, ect.
You can learn any function, structure, ect. in the PSPSDK by entering its name.

    2) Visual Homebrew Creator:
You can "drag and drop" buttons, edit boxes, ect. to create a GUI, and then compile what you created into a working homebrew and/or view the C++ code for what you created.

Youtube Videos on This Application, shows you how to use it:

Leet I like the idea of it and where it is going. I have a few suggestions for it, take what care of them or leave them.

First suggestion would be to remove the hack achieve and homebrew store. Those two features just will be to much maintenance to you and you will never be able to keep up with everything to make it truly great. At least not on your own. Also I just think those two features are just not needed. In my opinion.

Second when one would be to improve on the MIPs environment. Add more functions to it and maybe make it so you can actually construct codes in it.

Third is to develop the visual homebrew creator to work side by side with the C++ IDE. Make sure you include the IDE as a download as well. What I mean by work side by side, could be better explained by looking into visual studio 2010.

That would be my only input. I like what I see in the demo. The graphics, are simple and easy to look at. The currently available existing functions see to work smoothly. Dunno if I am just rambling or not. I typically like your work and would like this see this work improved on.

I've decided to remove the homebrew store. All good sites for direct downloads exact how I want cost money, and plus, like you've said, it takes time to fill every request. I will be keeping the Hack Archive though, it only takes a few seconds to add codes to the database and it can be useful.

I've been planning to add more to the MIPS environment over time. So that will be done.

I've decided to not create the C++ IDE, it would take months and a lot of learning, and with school starting I just wont have time.

The homebrew creator will be created though, I will also be adding in imposter generators, NitePR/CWCheat converters, and maybe a few more things.

    Thanks for the feedback
