    Default crate qustion

How can you stretch a crate? Say you take a normal crate change its size to be longer or wider or thiner or ticker also how can you change the color of the crate to be like gray.

I plan to make a new map only if this is possible and if anybody wants to help this will be a long project.

You might be able to but I don't think anyone has found out how to do it yet because everyones map creations are made up of multiple crates.

Too many objects spawning etc. really lags the game yes.
Not sure if you can do it in Black Ops but in previous games they made maps in maps - so for example spawn a hanger to enclose part of the map.

That is what I was going to do put a map inside a map like nuketown cuz its small and I would think it had probably the most unused space I was thinking like when you use forge anything that you can move should have be an object that could be spawned where you want it like on radiation you can move the whole crane so I dont know why know body has made that go into there theme or gametype but its probably not spawnCrane get object exc..

Is there a saving forge mode? So build your own map with crates or whatever then save all positions etc. that would be quite good - I haven't seen one.

I don't think so and if there is either nobody is sharing it or I haven't seen it but I think in order to make a map you would have to put the coordinates of all the objects in a ff file not sure tho.

Yes you have to put the coordinates but if you get them wrong - how do you tell which crate is in the wrong place - it seems quite awkward to try and make your own map but it's just one of those things.

Well the way I would do it is to first draw out a blue print and then determine what objects would go where then label the objects by number like spawncrate[1] would be the floor spawncrate[2] would be a wall and so on then I would go in the game an use this gametype I got that tells the coordinates and write down the coordinates for every object then make the map go in and tweak everything to its final postion. Hope that makes since

there is a crane out side the map radiation you can actually move it around I did it with noclip and forge on also a note you need god mode on unless your already far out of the map because it has a death zone if you try to just noclip and go to the sky but once you get out of the map a little you can go up with out god mode

I actually put the crane in the middle of the map if you would like I can make a video of it.
