Format to ntfs and add your iso game file in a folder called wbfs.
I use this method with USBLoaderGX.

Should be a tutorial on the site somewhere.

I made a guide, but Ill just say it here.

Run as ntfs format with cfg loader, simple.

But make a folder on your fd named wbfs, and put the SC7E52.iso in there.

the .iso file or the iso file via wii backup manager. i did the iso from wii backup manager. i had it downloaded before ^^^^ posted the link. my usb was on ntfs format and made a wbfs folder and added a wbf1 and a wbfs folder. im guessing that is ok, since that is wbfs.

Yeah doesn't matter if you have .wbfs files in the wbfs folder - you can just copy the .iso straight into the folder if you like.
It doesn't matter if you use the .wbfs but if you want to change your mods regularly .iso is easier as there is no need to convert - you can just open in trucha signer edit, sign and close the .iso.
