Thumbs up Codes and Mods? Which one wins? Find out. :)

Alright so a lot of people say codes are stupid and mods are way better, well i disagree.. Codes are WAY, I MEAN WAY HARDER TO MAKE. Mods are pretty simple to make. If you kno what you are doin...

There are codes the work host only and non host. There is also mods that work host an non host. But the non host infection that mods give you, are also non host codes. There has been non host codes made before and they where beast.... like the Zombie non host command code it had non clip, god mod, give a gun and other things. There has even been a a command code for multi player, that had god mode, no clip, give ammo, demi god, and unlimited air stick, heli, and uav(mwr) and invisablitiy non host(mwr).........Here is an example of a coder, maybe the best one on the wii.
    ** Hetoan2**

This was when he made codes, for mwr.... he even made no clip for BO like the first 2-3 weeks black ops came out, and an aimbot. But this video of his work, He did not use iso mods, iso mods where not even known to wii back then. trentlio was the only1 doin them i believe.

looks like iso mods but it isnt.

I think codes are way better than iso mods, tell me what you guys think ;)

Surely that would support his point, he's saying codes are harder to make hence why he's only made an .iso mod?

They are two different things for two different purposes. Mods aren't better than codes and codes aren't better than mods. There are things you can do with mods that you can't do with codes and there are things you can do with codes that you can't do with mods.

Codes are better. Its funny that I sometimes help BOP Eagle and Skittles with some codes. They stray away from codes and forgot everything about them

    Yea codes are better.
I mean you go into a Player match and be host and get everyone every killstreak with one kill ( I think it's patched from what I heard lately ).
Also use some non-host codes, like what? Aimbot, Highlight enemies, Uav, all kinds of shit.
When you can't even go into a Player match when your modding.

Imho, codes are cool, mods are beast, but what it really comes down to is USB gecko vs. Scripting

In modding,, you script everything from the GUI to gametypes

In coding, you get your RAM dumps from a gecko and of course asm instructions as well as adresses you can do shit with.

I've seen some pretty bad ass things happen through a gecko, and I haven't even seen the tip of the iceberg. You can change peoples names, delete someones allies, add allies to someone elses account, you can send text messages from someone elses account, set there kills deaths scores, everything to 0, you can kick that person offline, hell you could most likely even change all the font on someones profile, change the color of everything, or make it so whenever they join a match its ALWAYS ctf. I don't see any of that with mods, AND you can make codes with a gecko.

    -stay golden pony boy.

yea.. true.. codes are far more practical. However MODS are much more fun. But take more effort then simply copy and pasting a code into ocarina.
