To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt:
Open Command Prompt. (Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt).
In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs.

For example, to convert drive D to NTFS format.
    Code:
    convert D: /fs:ntfs

If you still can't get it to work just drop me a PM with your TeamViewer details and I'll see if I can help.

You most likely just have the wrong drive selected to format. Find out out "letter" your flash drive is and change it to that.

Reasons why Wbcs manager may not format.
    1. If you have iTunes, close any process dealing with it
    2. Remove other USB devices
    3. Close any other processes that may be interfering with your device; is doing something with the device.
