Ok so I go into WBFS manager, I pick my USB drive on the top left.I already formatted it.So I click load. After that I click browse and add my 850mb MW3 iso. When it's done loading I go to my wii and put my USB in the right usb slot.I open up USB Loader GX and when it finishes loading I don't see the Iso on my screen.

If it has read your USB try changing the partition to read in the loader.

Like I said,I'm new to all this modding. So I really don't know how to change the partition. But I did look through the settings on the loader and I found these:
    Install Partitions
    Multiple Partitions
    Game/Install Partition
I don't really know if thats what you're talking about I just looked for settings with partition in it :P

EDIT:I just put Black Ops into my USB and it did the exact same thing. Is it my USB or my loader?

Try ncWBFSTool It creates the partition for you and can add games and stuff. It's GUI is very simple PM me if you need any help.

One more thing, is your Usb formatted to be read by the wii?
