Anyone know how I can get my SMF forum to either have... like an additional website added to it? Such as:
Where example is my sites name, and the site is like an additional site.. thing? Like a webpage seperated from the original forum?
Also, package manager on SMF. Is there a way to get this free? Its pissing me off, the owner either needs to pay enough for the full functions or switch to like mybb or whatever :glare:

To have it .com/thesite all you would have to do is create a .html page in your file manager, make your site with html or a program, and then have a link to it somewhere on your forum.
For the thesite.example.com, you would have to have another domain name or account on your host.
As always, if someone has better suggestions, please, post up.
Good luck Crimson. If you need help, PM with what messenger program you use and I'll be on to help in about 30-45 minutes.
PS.. What is the full name of the package installer? I'll see what I can dig up.

To create a sub-domain (http://sub.domain.com/), you have to do that through your site's CPanel (if it has one!).
To create a new directory (http://domain.com/folder/), just FTP into your site with either a FTP program or an online FTP and you should have the option to create a new folder/directory.
