Yeah this is a really good price. I've seen laptop specs that aren't as high as this and they sell for near thousands.

Hell No, it's a Dell be for real.

If your are going with a 17'' then you want ( 1920 x 1080 ) resolution with a HDMI port.
That hdd is only 5200RPM and your you dont even have gigabit lan 100/1000.

I just built a small ITX pc that will smoke this for way less. It has gigabit ethernet and full hdmi support.
SSD drive and all. Since a 17'' inch is not very portable I use a small ITX and a tablet for portable computuing.
No more desktops or laptops. A ITX pc is fully upgraded able also even down to the power supply. The size is about
    2 Wii's.

    I'll lay down the specs:

    That NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 525M (128-bit) 1GB
is the only "eye catcher" for that system.

Take a look at this system has HDMI port and Blu-Ray play back support.
Also has GPU/VPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M > NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M.
    ASUS K73SV-DH51

Last thing unless you game heavily, multi task like a commando, or deal with excessive amounts
of data demanding apps 8Gb of ram is overkill.
Good thing with Asus you can use a lot 3rd-vendor parts with it.
For, Dell you may have to deal with them it depends on the part.
