Calling out GFX Artist JOSH
Not really lol.
What is the fastest way to render an image in PS?
I have some old school scans that I want to render.
They are of He-Man and Star Wars.
I tried using the erase background and the lasso tools, but the kept removing parts of the image.
I can render web graphics fairly easily, but these scans are being a pain.

Perhaps I'm not one to answer, seeing as I hardly ever do graphics and never post it, however, I find that the pentool is the most acurate/fastest way if you know what your doing. People, like falcon, say the magic wand, however I find that it renders random parts in/out of my renders, so I personally don't use it.

zoom the image like 3 times and use the pen tool, is the best way, believe me thumb

Or use the magic wand to take out the easiest parts, then finish it with a some pen tool. BOSS
