What's the difference?
Okay, so I was wondering what's the difference. I was hearing that it's suppose to be LOIC (Low Orbit Ion Cannon), but on mine it says HOIC (Hight Orbit Ion Cannon). So I was wondering, what's the difference.

LOIC is multiple platform also, there's a java version that allows it to be ran on any OS that has java.

HOIC is also newer than LOIC and requires less users to take a site down.
