Default [Help] Can you hack black opsfrom a...

Hello, I was wondering since my laptop is broken, and because my regular computers SD slot won't bring up the SD card if from a flash drive if you could load up a .GCT lets say for Black ops, and then go to gecko and load the game from there and have the hacks work. Is that possible or will it only work for the SD card. I know people you flash drives for loading mod menus and stuff, but I don't do that. Sorry if this is a bit noobish, just i'm not really a big know it all about hacking and stuff....

    Thank You
    ~zoey

You could go to the homebrew browser, find the app FTPii under utilities, then get the program Filezilla on your PC and just FTP into your Wii's SD card to put the new .gct in it.

It's what I do, none of my computers have a SD card reader nor do I want to go out and spend money on a SD card reader.

Ok sorry, the settings dont matter for the wii, you would however have to install all of the ios's needed, I use pimp my wii because it installs all of them without you doing anything

For the usbloader it all depends on the one you choose, i use usbloader gx because its easy to change stuff on, in the settings you would need to have ocarina set to on and for black ops and mw3 you would need the hook set to ossleepthread

You're going through a lot of trouble for a simple thing, if you already have a SD card and a computer, go for the FTP solution.

I said download FTPii on your Wii through Homebrew Browser, then download Filezilla on your PC.

You FTP into your Wii to write data onto your SD card through wireless.

You don't have to put your SD card in your PC to do any of this.
