3. Ok update on this. I've been working on this thing in my spare time and got it incrementing in alphanumerics according to the way they do it exactly. Now the issue is this. There are so many fucking possibilities for prntscr url's that it exhausts both php and a cpu's/server's memory trying to do the calculations. Instead of incrementing in a base10, it's a base36. Meaning it goes from 0-z instead of 0-9. I let my computer run all night trying to generate a page index just for 11110 to 22220 and it barely made it to the 11p range. Who here is good with math? I'm trying to come up with at least a semi-efficient way to index a page range or something here..

So what would the formula be for the possibilities? Would it be 36 to the 36th power to the 5th power? (36^36^5)? Good lord this is more math than I anticipated for a side project..
We have a couple of hosts laying around, I was considering writing a cron script to calculate and possibly index/save the results in a database (Which would end up being fucking huge), and letting it run over a period of probably a month and it MAY make it pretty far, not sure..

4. No, 36 to the power of 36 would be for a 36 character string.

Your number of possibilities for 5 characters is 36^5

Its simple really, one character, is 36 possibilities, two characters means that for EACH of the first 36 possibilities, there is another 36 possibilities, so 36^2, and so on.

edit:

As far as I can tell you aren't indexing any images with alphabetical characters in them at all, if the urls posted on the site above are correct, your counter is resetting to 0 after 9

edit 2:

you could also make it more economical for a reader by not posting the links that are dead

5. It's incrementing correctly in alphanumerics, 0-9 and then a-z. Go to the page and tell it to list, say, 100 results. You'll see the alphanumeric incrementation in effect then. The only thing that wasn't incrementing properly was my pagination and the displayed page range functions. I'm basically done with this thing except for one last thing. I need to come up with some sort of way to efficiently index and allow users to browse/search these pages because there are currently over 10.3 million images on prntscr and trying to paginate that exhausts the php memory allocation. Any ideas? Maybe just let the user pick a starting point and then generate 100 pages below and above that point?

Also I do plan on having it remove the dead ones and fill the page with only live results after i'm sure everything is being listed and incremented properly. It's still in "development mode" atm. This thing came to creation out of pure boredom and has turned into a damn 4-day-free-time-killing-machine.

6. Yeah, now I'm getting alphanumerics, before I was scrolling through and there only numbers

7. Ok I think it's pretty much done. I need some people to help beta this thing and give me suggestions and error tests.

8. The Snooper is now working again. Was down for a while after prntscr updated their website and layout. Updated original post. Enjoy.
