    Default Wii Runs Linux

I was wondering if the Wii runs on a Linux operating system? I heard a lot of talk about it, but I wanted to make sure

Uh yeah I think so. If you got to HomeBrew Channel>HomeBrew Browser>Utilities>then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see it. Thats when I still had my Wii but im sure its still there.

Do you know how to take like files off a disk and make a program or something work? Is it possible?

What I am trying to say is that I bought a LAN adapter but I don't think the Wii recognizes it because when I set it to wired connection, it just gives me an error. The adapter came with a set up disk...

    Can I do anything?

Honestly I dont know. I just saw the app in the HomeBrew Browser. Almost bricked my Wii while installing it so I never touched it again.

Oh, because I was wondering if there was like a program or something that I can install onto Homebrew or put onto my SD card that could help, because I don't want to see my adapter as a waste of money...

Do you know anyone that would know or could help?
