    Default Decreasing connection speed?

Assuming you didn't have access to the internet via a computer/smart device, but you were play cod online wirelessly, how would you decrease the connection speed? Preferably to the point as to where the other person is on the verge of lagging out.

    Any ideas?

Move your console farther away from the router?

Don't believe it's possible just from the console.

Maybe confuse your console with a manual IP which takes longer to connect and test

Only problem being I'd have to set it back to normal connection almost instantly after making it decrease.

Now, assuming that I did have internet connection from an external device, what would be the most bandwith hoggish thing to do? Download a torrent while seeding many more on max bandwith? Watch a few youtube videos in different tabs while chatting on a couple xats?
