    Thumbs down Bukkit server Port wont OPEN *URGENT*

    Ive had it working since 1.1 till 1.2.4 and it got messed up in 1.2.4 i hadnt ran it in a while and when i open it said failed to bind so i try all these different methods to getting it to work one was going into the linksys page
    by typing the wutever stuff and i made sure everything was the same it was i decided to make a new port forwarding thing for it and it went down all from their i need help i want people on my server again as of now i can join and run fine but people cant join ive had trouble with portforwarding from the start at the start i ended up messing up the dns and shit and it made my network go down but then i got that fixed and thats how i got it working till 1.1 to early 1.2.4 can anyone help me i do the portforwarding normal every is fine i do it as everyvideo shows me how i think i have a setting turned off can anyone help me?? :mad:

    -make sure nothing is already running on the port
    -make sure the IP is correct

    you probably have a dynamic IP meaning it changes every so often, so if you just updated jars but left server.properties the same this could be causing the issue. change it to a static IP to avoid this

    Im trying to set it to Static ip it says please config one set of dns to finish this setting
    and yes im running it from home lol

    Please see if this is open try and go on it the server ip is 71.10.70.131
