Swipebright is a tweak that allows you to adjust your brightness simply by swiping left or right across the status bar. It also comes with options to specify whether you want the tweak to be active at the lockscreen, everywhere or only on the Springboard. You can also set the "Deadzone" which is essentially the sensitivity of the horizontal finger swipes. Overall if you would prefer simply swiping on the statusbar to adjust the brightness, as opposed to using SBSettings or a notification center widget, then this tweak's for you.

This tweak is available for $0.99 from the BigBoss repo.
