    Default [Sequel][TuT] Learn to code Part 1

    In this sequel I will teach you most all of what I know. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    1. All .FF files have a start. Now, there's three methods to the start.
    A. The including. Every Mod menu needs default scripts. We use this to make our lives easier Eg:
    Code:
     self iPrintlnFade("");
    Instead of us having to right that function it's already written for us somewhere where we included. Includes have a syntax, Most look like this
    Code:
    #include path\path;
    they usually start with
    Code:
    #include
    and end with
    Code:
    ;
    . The path is usually inside the beginning and start eg:
    Code:
    maps\_hud_util
    all of them use a backslash. Final result is:
    Code:
    #include maps\_hud_util;
    B. Main. Main is usaully the default starting method. Every script comes with opening and closing curly braces and parentheses after the name of the script. it finishes like this
    Code:
    main()
    {
    }
    Ususally, Main isn't used, but can be.
    C. Init. Init is the same as Main, but it used way more often. Init has the same syntax as well as the same functions. When defining a thread in Init these prefixes and syntax's are used. Before defining a thread you use prefxes like:
    Code:
     thread, level
    . To finish it you use parentheses and a semicolon. Like this:
    Code:
     thread function();
    Note: the name of the function has to have the EXACT name of the script. Like this:
    Code:
    init()
    {
    	thread fuction();
    }

    function()
    {
    }
    Finished code is:
    Code:
     init()
    {
    	thread fuction();
    	thread fuction();
    	level.thread = 0;
    }
    Note:
    Code:
     level.thread = 0;
    if you noticed this and are getting confused, Don't I will specify this in a later Tutorial on specifing variables.

    Any comments?

    It's really not, if you know what it means, it's very little.

    I believe that the only people who deserve to know how to mod, are those who are inspired by what they can do with modding.
    So inspired that they take countless of errors to learn a fascinating called modding. So inspired that they learn, with little to no help.
    If you really wanted to mod, and I mean REALLY wanted to mod, where errors don't stop you, then you don't need tutorials.
    But, that's just my opinion.

    If I had Internet I'd type up a inspirational story of my modding life.
