GFx Help and Info
Ok I have been thinking about doing some gfx. I took Graphic Design 1 in 9th grade and then ended up in Graphic Design 3 in 10th, so I have the basics down and some other knowledge. My question is what programs, tools, etc. do you GFx Artists use and prefer? Before I get started I want to know what you guys like and maybe some tutorials that got you started. I would prefer to hear from gfx artists but I welcome any opinions....

Adobe Photoshop 5, has great features. Once you get the hang of it, you can make legit work.

Then I got to the point where I cut my own renders, and use them here and there.
Tutorials? I just did trial and error.. Asked for advice in threads.. Google was also used for some things.

A good program is PS CS6 extended. I found a crack and it's amazing. It's easy to make gifs with the timeline.

Sweet thanks guys. I'll start messing around a little, get a feel for things and see what I can whip up.

CS5 Extended to the Full CS6.
Always look for HQ stocks and renders. And learn from trial and error. Remember, there's no right way in doing things with art. So good luck. Hope to see work from you soon :3 .
