    Default [help] building pc

Hey guys, I will be building my PC soon. I have not had great success with compatibility -.-. If you could help me out on this, please do.

kind of a newb at this :P

I'm going to use a NZXT Phantom Case.

Here's what's in my mind for compatibility.

    Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK
    CPU: Core i7 3770K
    Power: SeaSonic USA X650 Gold
Fan controller: NZXT Sentry LX Mounted in 5.25 bay.
    Drive: Blu ray CD/DVD + 7500RPM 500GB Seagate Drive
Graphics Card: Do I need one?

If there's anything that's not compatable or anything you'd suggest I change please tell me. Like I said this will be my first, I think all my parts would work together, but I'm not sure. Plus when I'm ready to assemble I am going to need help with wiring ( Power to SATA, SATA to Motherboard ). If you have any tips on wiring or just a tutorial that is really good ( Watched NewEgg's they skipped on wiring ), Please tell me.

You bumped it... but i'm not sure how many people on this site know how to put it together. I know the absolute basics, I don't know any terms... I think google-ing it would be better. Especially since you haven't gotten any replies in a day.

Maybe going on skype would help.
Today there aren't many people online today. I'm seeing the same 10 people comment on threads, including myself.
    Sorry that I can't help.

You need a graphics card if you want to see anything on your monitor.

It may have display ports on the MB, but that doesn't mean it had an integrated video card.

Learn to read the details before jumping on a purchase, or you could possibly be wasting your money.

Is your drive a hard drive or a SATA drive? I've heard SATA Drives are better but I don't know what is the difference and why.

It's a hard drive with a SATA connector, there are IDE & SATA type of connectors. SATA being the newest.
