Default ATI Radeon™ 9550 Graphics Card

Is this a good graphics card for gaming, not on high graphics / settings? And if you would like to see my current specs (which are terrible) just ask

I wouldn't recommend it for any gaming. It's only worth like twenty bucks now.

Ok thanks, on the AMD website it said it is good for the value minded gamer, but I'll look more into it. Once again, thanks for the reply

What are the rest of your specs?

If you can afford it, you can get a 5770 for pretty cheap, or a 6850 if you want a 6000 series card.

What kind of gaming are you going to be doing? Because you can do some small stuff, but you won't be able to run anything modern. And putting a modern graphics card in there will only severely bottleneck it.

But no worries about your computer, my specs were pretty much the same in my old one (core 2 duo, radeon hd 2600), before I built my rig. If you could save up some cash, I'd recommend just building a new one. But i know not everyone can do that.

I'm looking to play games such as Minecraft, and maybe some MMOs.

Minecraft uses the Processor and memory more than the graphics card to run. So i would upgrade your ram

If you have the cash get a few new parts than just a gpu
