    i was wondering if the hair dryer trick works i know its just temporary but is there another effective way to fix the YOLD?

    yea, go out and buy some artic silver five, your going to need to replace the goo on the heat sync with it. (google how to do it)

    and if that doesnt work it may be an error on your hardrive so try replacing/formating it

    ok will thanks for the help and i know the hair dryer thing is temporary just want it up and running until i buy the thermal paste to fix it
