Default Cinema 4D Settings shat on me?

So i rendered an animation in the program using these settings

    http://prntscr.com/lr2p7

now everything looked okay when rendering, but when it finished it came out like something from a camcorder made in 2000

    http://prntscr.com/lqtkj

Now, my only suspicion that was the fault is this setting

    http://prntscr.com/lr31e

the output file, because thats the only video file i can choose for some reason, but its in the options

    http://prntscr.com/lr341

is the compressor the problem here?

My guess is yes, every time I've used a compressor on any software (audio, video, photo, etc.) the outcome was terrible.

Something tells me AVI isn't great for 3D rendering.

Check the settings of the avi compression, though my default does the trick. If it's set Microsoft Video or whatever then I have no idea.
