Default Getting my NAT type back to open

I have recently switched to DSL Internet and it has caused my NAT type in MW3 to go from open-moderate to strict always, I have tried port forwarding, I have put a DMZ on my Wii and It hasnt helped in the least. I am open to any suggestions, I just need to get my NAT Type back to at least moderate so that I can use my force host code and be able to play with my Allies, if there is a code that will do it for me that would be awesome.
Thanks in advance and this is my first post so please tell me if there is anything I should do to improve my future posts

mrslowski lol my parents just signed a one year contract with century link but gosh i wish i could switch back

clay10 i set a static ip, looked at the active dchp table in my router settings and confirmed that the static ip worked, but then i tried both an ip and mac address DMZ and neither changed my NAT, could I have done something wrong by any chance?
