    Default Tips on working out

    I need some tips on working out to get better results, don't give me that obvious stuff. Also I don't like benching, but that's just me

    Note: i don't actually lift, and i never actually have, but I lift up heavy stuff at work so it's a bit different.

    well you have come to the right place.

    You gonna want to do compound movements and eat well.

    I loled but i usually get a trainers opinion and follow it. Get a workout vid or a trainer. i have a trainer pplus insanity. Im ripped but I still got like 13 more days left.

    Insanity- Just gets me toned/ripped

    Trainer- Helps me get bigger in muscle

    Very importnat. Make sure your eat RIGHT.

    its all about your eating habits. saying diet makes it sound like a chore and only temporary. its a lifestyle change. that alone can help you lose a good amount of your body fat without lifting a finger.

    as for working out to lose weight cardio is all you need. go swimming, bike riding, hiking, but whatever you do, do it with friends. again it makes it less a chore and more fun so you'll push harder as you compete with friends

    remember though, its all about eating habits. without that you wont get anywhere

    Is this to just make your muscles look bigger or to legitly make you stronger?
    I'm not trying to look stronger, I just need to be stronger. I plan on going into a branch of the military in a few years and I just need to start my training now. And I despise running evn though I know I will have to

    im rather skinny actually, but I hate it when people think skinny = weak....
    because its simply not true
