    Default Good ways of getting pumped?

    Well I have my 6th league basketball game today and we're undefeated so the pressure is on, and i want to be pumped and ready to go. I usually listen to music to get pumped but i was wondering if you guys have any suggestions...

    I would say music. Maybe go to the gym or something, make yourself feel strong or do some weights or stretch a lot to feel really loose. You can also do some stamina training like push-ups and stuff. This is what I would do but for a sport like Basketball if you do the above, don't overdo it cause you don't want to hurt yourself. Another good idea would be to do some sprints.

    Throwing large rocks at moving cars a mile away from where you are practicing. Make sure they see you and youll definatly be pumped by the time you arrive.
