    Say you unlock your phone on say like Monday or Tuesday..how would they be able to tell that it was unlocked on a later date..?

    I am over seas so fuck those American laws. I am pretty sure unlocking will still go on, the one thing the dev team and pod2g thrive on is keeping the phone not restricted. Pod2g lives in France I do believe, so you know he will have something to crack it.

    Just another pointless law that wont be enforced. The police are never going to know if your phone is unlocked unless you showed it to your phone provider and they tell them.

    Your right, I wonder how they are going to regulate it. I know when you ask the carrier they will say no, but that is as far as I think it would go.

    This type of shit annoys me, if you sell me something i should have the ability to do what so ever i choose with it. That's why when Boost Mobile started offering smart phones i dropped my carrier and switched. As long as i pay my bill they don't say shit to me.
