    It's open somewhere.

If you downloaded it delete from your Torrent Client seeding list.

Also make sure if you booted it using Daemon Tools or whatnot that it has been ejected.

Well I can't find where it is open. It's not in my torrent client. I did use Daemon Tools, though. Can you help me eject it like you said?

I can;t demonstarte on my computer since I'm not home but you should be able to right-click the disk and should be able to eject.

So I right clicked it and got this:

    No eject option.
I went into my computer and found the game itself and ejected that but it still won't let me delete the file.

This is if it's mounted, it might be stored in your Daemon Tools disk catalog, try removing it from that if this doesn't work.

Windows 7 I see, get the tool called Unlocker, right click the file, go to the unlocker option, and choose the delete option.

    Download: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...Unlocker.shtml

This file is legit by the way, if this can't delete it, then your system is fucked and doesn't want you to get rid of GTA.
