How to add material to an object in Photoshop
1. Have your object on a layer that you want to add a material/texture to.
2. Open your material/texture and add it on a new layer above your object you are adding it to.
3. Alt and click the top of the layer where the line is in between the two layers and it will have a little down arrow and box then all you have to do is click.
Then your material is now on your object and you can mess with the blending modes and ect.!
Simple tutorial but I never knew how to do this when I first started graphics so I hope this helped some people out!
