Info:

Device: iPod Touch 4th Generation
iOS: 6.1.2
Jailbreak: Jailbroken with Evasi0n
Problem & Background: I downloaded an application called "iCleanUp" and what it's supposed to do is automatically go through my system and applications and clean up any files I don't need or aren't a criteria to the OS. I don't know what .plist it deleted exactly, but my iPod was stuck in a boot loop after it died and I plugged it back in. Any ideas?

I really don't want to have to restore my iPod because the latest iOS it will update to is 6.1.3, which is currently not supported by Evasi0n. According to @Pod2g, they will not release a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 because they don't want to release their exploits due to the eminent release of iOS 7. They want to save them and wait for the release so they don't have to start from scratch with iOS 7.

Furthermore, I am going to test redsn0w and see if the boot loop fixer might do the trick. If that doesn't work, I'll get back to you guys.
