Indie Game Devs Rage About The Xbox One
So with the Xbox One releasing this holiday season and Indie games slowly crepping up and taking over guess what they decide to do?
That's right fuck it up just like everything else, they are not going to change their policies and apparently it's going to be a tough time for indie devs to get their games up and running.
What does this mean?
Games like Minecraft, Retro City Rampage, Fez, and Super Meat Boy may take longer to get on Xbox one or may not at all. It's like Microsoft is just giving their business away to Steam and Sony...seriously. Now im not an Xbox guy but come on. Their has not been one goddamn thing about the new system that has people excited...it's like a fucking Tablet brick that has an extreme emphasis on TV.....here's a catch 22 Microsoft, about 85% of your audience just wants to play games and when they aren't on video games their on Netflix.
A lot of people (myself included) don't even have cable in their houses...we don't need it. All the shows i watch are on Netflix and the shows i want to watch like Game Of Thrones i just fucking pirate. They better sell the Xbox One for a cheap price or at least cheaper than the PS4 because if not their fucked.
Anyway back on topic about the Indie Devs here are some of the things they said about the console and development for it.
Brian Provinciano, creator of Retro City Rampage:
"No self-publishing" doesn't just hinder developers. A lot of publishers must go to BIGGER publishers to be able to publish on Xbox."
Phil Fish, co-creator of FEZ:
"microsoft doesn't care about indie developer."
Tommy Refenes, co-creator of Super Meat Boy:
"So as someone who doesn't play Forza or any EA Sports game and already has a computer hooked to my TV, what does Xbox One offer me?"
If you don't like reading here's a video of what it is in a nutshell....

Honestly, I am seriously considering to root for Sony and not at all support this hazardous hunk of plastic.

I'd also like to point out that most if not all of all that multimedia crap that Microsoft announced was for US-only. They are neglecting at least 100 million potential customers.

I was excited for the new Xbox. But this is all ridiculous. Microsoft is failing at their new console. And PS4 won't even have NVIDIA graphics. Which sucks. I may not even get either. I don't know. I know someone who is defiantly getting the new Xbox One. I might play his and see how I like it.

AMD is cheaper, APU's are much easier to use and like i said cheap. It lowers the cost of the console and causes less heat.

My TV works just fine without an Xbox, why are they putting so much effort into their TV idea?
