    Well..... you could have inf health for games that are controlled by the server, you could manipulate other players coordinates.... and yeah.

    With regular inf-health, we just took the value of "health" to the player and maxed it out. Then hacker killer weapons came along which implement infinite damage to the character via shooting a bullet and deplete all the "health" thus killing the character.

    While True inf health, takes the damage the character receives and makes it do nothing, so even hacker killer weapons won't do shit.

    That's my understanding... maybe demon450 or AIDS could do a better job, I'm not that much of a coder X]
