    You can't ban someones IP off the servers, which in this case, runs under Nintendo Wifi Connection. Nintendo bans you based off your Wii's MAC address, not your IP Address.

    I don't play anymore, but I can already tell this wont work. Those dvars don't do shit client side.

    Correct. This is another reason. Most of the developers variables within the games engine are client sided unless you are hosting the game. Others are just visual effects. And some other dvars (like the one ztwist provided) doesn't even work at all. Like the "wii_paintball" dvar. It's stated the the variable is in the game, and it doesn't work at all.

    Wouldn't work either way, since Nintendo Wifi bans you through your MAC Address, not your IP Address.

    You're still wrong.

    Nintendo bans you through MAC address, correct.

    But the CoD online login is done on Activision servers, not Wii. They can ban by IP, console ID, account ID, MAC.

    Haven't you ever wondered why the CoD servers go down sometimes, but you can still buy stuff in the Nintendo Store APP on the Wii and access other games that use the Nintendo login process? CoD at first on Black Ops used the Nintendo shit, but then dropped it in the first patch. I believe [email protected] and MW:R do use the Nintendo shit still though.
