everytime you have a incoming/outgoing telephone call well i made a little discovery of my own while messing with my filters if your router is connected to a adsl filter +plus fax machine+telephone disconnect the filter from the socket an directly plug the router phone cable into the wall and put the spare filter in another telephone socket elsewhere this has stopped my router losing connection every theirs an incoming call or outgoing if this hasnt helped am sorry but i thought id share as its worked 4 me no more disconnects

The filter isn't suppose to be on the router/modem in the first place.
It's suppose to be in the wall and wired up to hardlines or fax machines, NOT the router or modem.
Whoever you have internet service with sent a dumbfuck technician out to wire your shit up, or you or someone else didn't spare anytime to read the setup manual that comes with new routers/modems.
