    I know! My squat is shit, I only do legs once a week but I go ham when I do, I should probably switch up my routine a bit here! Btw I am uploading a bench video right now that shows my 225 bench.

    Ive wanted to do stuff such as this but I refuse to pay for equipment or a gym membership. For a few months ive been doing push ups, sit ups, crunches, squads, ect. and using chairs and stuff for elevation.
    I know it wont get me that far but have an ideal workout plan that will at least get me results?
