Member of the Month?
Well this is what I realize, ever since we were kids some had Student of the month, if you realize that. What if we try a member of the month, the way it works is the admins would communicate and decide on a member(anyone) who has stuck out and that they think should earn a reward. The way it would work is say ellijah is the person to announce it, he would make a site announcement or something and he would say whoever is the member of the month for whatever month it is, and can get any prize that the admins want to give.
Beaver did an awesome job moderating anthony in october.
October Member of the Month is: Beaver
Reward: Step up to Lead Mod.
That's the way it would work or maybe +100 points or something. I thought that would be more fun as maybe some members might try to win and get it, also if admins want to add they could do Discipline of the Month at he same time:
October Discipline of the month: Anthony
Reward: Loss of privileges to post etc.
This would what everything would look like, if you guys want to do it, please comment below, I hope you guys like and see what happens.

Reward: Loss of privileges to post?
That is unfair for a member.
What if we we're to take away your posting privileges?
I am sure you would like that.

I think if there was to be a member of the month it should be chosen at random via a script that chooses a random member it would make it more fun and less of a hassle.
