Thread: Some Advice?

So. I have this slight issue. I'm very much a procrastinator. It's pretty bad. I also have horrible organizational skills when it comes to assignments and work and I always forget to do things.
I try a lot of different things. I put sticky notes places to remind me to do things, but I always forget still. I try apps, but they don't work well for me.
I also have horrible organization skills and time management skills. I have a lot currently on my plate outside of the web.
If you didn't know I am actually in Boy Scouts and working on my Eagle along with school and a couple other different projects like normal teenager stuff (girls, though I don't have a girlfriend, and so on).
I feel if my time management got better, things would improve. So. My question is. Does anyone here have some tips for me to manage my time better? Or things that work for you that help you keep track of everything?

We have a huge homemade calendar with everything listed on it. I'm the same way. Only with homework though.

Thats just an excuse lazy people use. You need to learn to motivate yourself, you won't achieve anything in life if you keep putting excuses in your way.

Well good buddy, I can tell you of the ways of procrastination to help you. I also procrastinate, but the best way I look at it, is do all your work ahead of time or so. Say for example you have a project friday and homework each day. Well, then work like 45 to an hour on your project each day, then do your homework. Then on Thursday, do your homework first, and use the remaining time you have to do the work. Like for studying for tests, I usually don't study til the night before even then I do it for 30 minutes. The one thing I have to say is, PLAN AHEAD. That is the best way you can work, I work faster and better when I am pressured but I don't know about you. I know I compare and talk about myself alot here and I am sorry, but I am just showing you how I usually do things from one procrastinators POV to another.
