Anyone else read Mockinjay?
After watching Catching fire I read the book Mockingjay. I have mixed feelings about the book and wonder how the movie will be portrayed and what the movie will change and cut out. If anyone wants to read it I will make a thread for the ebook download for iBooks.

First off let me say that they rushed things in the book, so they better take it slow in the movies. A lot is going on, so I feel a two part, maybe three part movie is necessary.

I plan on reading more of the book when I get the chance, but I only read 20 pages so far.

Mockingjay kind of sucked, in my opinion.

I remember reading that 3 years ago.
I was so happy when they started making the books into movies.
I don't quite remember what happened exactly but I do think that they rushed things a tad bit in the book.
I didn't really like the ending that much (just imo)
And I do think that they are going to split the last movie into parts.

I had read that about 3 years ago too. Ending makes you think and I need to see that movie haven't had enough time to schedule a day.

The ending was fantastic, and the "rushed" feeling was on purpose. It's meant to happen in fast bursts. Re-read it if you don't fully understand what's going on.
Fantastic series. I've read the whole series through twice, and both times I've really enjoyed them.

I have read it. i kinda didn't like the ending so much. It was too abrupt. But the book was still great.
