Anyone here on a Healthy Diet - Athletic diets?
I'm in shape, workout and lift almost 4 days a week and then following the workout and lifting session I finish it off with Whey Protein, a protein drink for mass muscle build up. But the only thing that I'm missing is a good diet, and that has been killing my results lately. Do you guys have any preferences of healthy diets that you stick to?

I'm in shape and I eat like a pig. I also run 8-10 miles a day, so I'm actually losing weight.

Probably the only "diet" athletic thing that i drink is the herbalife F1 ,shit boosts me up ,it has a ton of protein and vitamins , beast for lifiting and the best part is that it's natural

Ha, fuck no! I eat like some fatass yet I only weigh 150 and I'm 6''3 now. I have awesome metabolism but I am doing basketball and that's keeping me in shape.

I start my day off usually with a banana, per, or some other fruits with a of tea with milk and brown cane sugar. Around 10 I have a parfait which s yogurt with fruit and granola. For dinner its always something different like soup, pasta, fish, or stir fry. And I usually drink water or tea during the afternoon or night.
With a diet like this I weight 190lbs. and i only 5'9" so whatever you dont do that or you'll be overweight like me

Heres what I have almost every day
1 cup of oatmeal with a little maple syrup
6 or 7 eggs with a little cheese
Usually tuna with like celery, carrots, red cabbage on a tortilla
Sometimes Ill get salmon though and cook that
Usually some type of meat
steak or chicken most of the time but because of thanksgiving its mostly been turkey
If I'm hungry any time in between I usually have cottage cheese or some yogurt
Now I'm not perfect with it, I still have a soda here and there. But ever since I started this shit I've felt a lot better.
I'm 6'3" and I weigh 200lbs but its mostly muscle. I still need to loose a bit of fat but I'm doing pretty well.

My diet is consisted mostly of donuts and chicken sandwiches, but I'm in fair shape.
