    When You Close  The Menu, You Pull Out A Briefcase. Then Open The Menu Again And You Will Re-pull Out The Briefcase.
    Press The Knife Button To Open The Menu.
    Press The Reload Button To Close The Menu.
    While The Menu Is Open, Press The Shooting Button To Proceed To The "Infections Menu" + Yourself An Infectable Mod Menu And Do A Fast Restart.
