    Default Going To Change My Life Today

    Today is the day, I will change. I weigh 200 pounds at 6 feet. I am fat, I play football. Today I am going to go on a strict diet and start a weight loss, muscle gain workout program. I will have to take before and after pictures, with updates every month. I have the motivation finally!

    200 at 6 feet is a good ratio, Unless of course it is all fat. Be careful on going on a strict diet, meaning don't dive into it all at once. Everything is good in moderation.

    Think of it like this, when you go on a diet you will be on a caloric deficit, while doing this you are going to be working hard trying to build muscle on whatever program you are doing. How are you going to build muscle when you aren't giving your body enough to grow. Of course they say it is possible when you first begin lifting. Just something to be wary of.

    Everything above my waist is fat. I will make sure to not dive into the dieting to fast, I might just start the program and after a few weeks in, join the dieting with it and see how that goes.... I can only lift like the bar and a 25 on each side lol. But thanks!
