My Sd card wii contents (all you need is homebrewchannel)
http://prntscr.com/2dqdku The file named "put in root" unzip the contents right into your sd. Then you won't need to dl anything else.
I broke it down and added some other things Wii related on here too. "FatalsAppfolder" just unzip that into your apps folders then you have all the apps I am currently using.
The link for your dl. https://mega.co.nz/#F!SdMTlTRa!OBGflV2xsLxctewKTWCfoQ
Ok, Here goes.
Bootmii: unzip into your sd apps file.

Dopmii: unzip into your sd apps file.
Gecko1931 unzip into your sd apps file.

Edit: added NUS downloader to files. Nus dler: computer app follow instructions on link. (lets you get the latest WAD files for wii games.)
Wad: has channel forwards for usbloadergx and cfg loader. Goes in the root of your sd.
The rest are files for your computer. (to edit classes, killstreaks, format wii iso and usb, ect.)
For use with cios managers/installers. Watch this video.
I will post more of this when I get time. But for now this will have to do.
Easiest thing to do would be to take that put in root folder and unzip it in your sd root. Then follow the set up procedure on the cios set up.
This is what d2x cios installer looks like.
Also these are the latest versions of everything so they shouldn't need too much done.
You can also google latest cios 249 and cios 250 then you can drop them in your wad file and use wad manager to install them.
