Default Help on deciding on some off-shore hosting

Well, I'm looking into purchasing some hosting but I would like it to be off shore hosting.
I've been looking into it, but I feel there is better hosting out there besides the sites I found. So I ask, anyone here have any sites they know of for off shore hosting?
    Just curious.

EDIT: Let me mention this now because I forgot to earlier. I need to be able to upgrade it without having to switch "packages" or move servers completely.
If you don't understand. Let me give an example.
Say I have a GB of storage (yes. 1 GB HDD space for this example). Well let's say I fill it up. Now I need 10 GB of HDD space. I need to be able to upgrade and them add 10 GB without having to switch servers or order a different package. So there's no downtime or switching. They just simply add another HDD or whatever. Make sense?

What kind of hosting? As in MC? A seedbox for torrenting reasons? Or a web host?

Not MC. I'm looking for more web hosting and dedicated servers.

My friends mc server/webhosting/dedicated server/vps hosting company. You can see for yourself. The dedicated servers have some pretty good specs and the prices are high, but you're getting what you paid for soo yeah

What are you exactly asking for? Seems like you asking for a server for storing files, since you want to increase the HD size on demand.

Well that was the simplest example. I really mean for everything/anything on the server. HDD, RAM, etc.

The real reason he wants off-shore hosting is so he could have a nulled vBulletin without it getting the DMCA notice and get shutdown, like he would with on-shore hosting. Tell me that's not your TRUE intentions?
